FAQs
1. We are so excited to open this season! Let’s have a safe season by doing the following: if you are sick, please visit when you are better! While visiting, wash your hands often. We have multiple hand washing stations on the farm and hand sanitizer.
2. Please park first when entering the farm. After parking, please visit the admission booth where you will pay, sign the waiver, and get your map and activity wristbands.
3. We are a no smoking, no alcohol, no pets farm. Please keep the dogs at home for this one!
4. Please wear your good walking shoes! Unlike most pumpkin patches that we have visited, there is quite a bit of walking at Jackson Family Farm between activities. We want you to experience the farm land and enjoy the space!
5. We charge a $15 general admission fee this year to everyone who visits. This also applies to those adults who do not participate in some activities. Children 2 and under are free.
6. We are CASH ONLY. We are a rural farm and have connectivity issues unfortunately from time to time.
7. If it rains, chances are we will still be open! Most of our activities (except the hayride) are in covered barns. . Check Facebook before you come out, if you are worried about Jackson Family Farm being closed due to weather. We will post it early on Facebook.

9. Jackson Family Farm is owned by Jason and Jessica Jackson. Jason is an elementary school principal and Iraq War Veteran. Jessica is a RN at the Dayton VA Medical Center. Farming is also their full time job along with raising their two sets of twins! 10 year old boys (Jase & Joby) and 5 year old twins (Finlee & Ryder). (We get asked this question A LOT!)
10. We work extremely hard to offer “Fall on the Farm” to our families. We are by no means perfect! If you have any issues during your visit, please reach out to a staff member with a Jackson Family Farm shirt.
11. This is not a commercialized farm. We are only open on the advertised days and times on our cover photo and events section.
12. At this time, we do not offer birthday parties. Contact us if you are interested in large groups.
